‏Steak Cordon Blue with Butter & Mushroom Gravy

 

المكونات:

كيلو شرايح بفتيك

رشة ملح / بهار حلو / فلفل أسود

شرايح جبنة أي نوع مستحب

شرايح مرتديلا أو تركيب أي نوع مستحب

 

الصلصة:

100 جرام زبدة

6 فصوص ثوم مفروم ناعم

علبة مشروم فريش أو معلبة

رشة ملح / بهار حلو / فلفل أسود

2 كوب ماء

2 م ك كزبرة خضراء فريش أو مثلج

عصير حامضة

2 م ص طحين نخلطهم في نص كوب ماء

Ingredients:

1 kilo of steak

Pinch of salt, cubeba pepper, black pepper

Slices of cheese

Slices of turkey or mortadella

 

Gravy:

100 grm of Butter

5 garlic cloves – minced

1 box of Mushroom (250 grm) – canned or fresh

Pinch of salt, cubeba pepper, black pepper

2 cups of water

2 tbsp. of green coriander (fresh or frozen)

1 lemon juice

2 tbsp. of flour mixed with ½ cup of water
